To submit an abstract (200 words or less) for possible presentation at the Annual
Review of Progress in Quantitative Nondestructive Evaluation (QNDE),
please begin by filling out the following preliminary information; then
click the Proceed to Step 2 button at the bottom of
the form. If you encounter any difficulty while
submitting the Abstract electronically, please notify orman@cnde.iastate.edu
immediately.

in your abstract you will need to mail or fax
your submission. The web based submission has no provisions for these
at this time.

*In general, an affiliation will consist of a department
and an institution. If there is only one
author, enter 1. If there are multiple
authors and they have the same affiliation, enter 1.
If there are multiple authors and they have different affiliations
(such as different departments at the same institution, or different
institutions), first group the authors by affiliation;
then enter the number of such affiliations.
