Registration: Conferees, including chairpersons, are requested to advance register and prepay fees so that an adequate supply of conference materials will be available on-site. The advance registration deadline to qualify for a discounted registration fee is 5:00 p.m. central daylight time (CDT) Friday, JUNE 27, 2008. The registration fee includes: a hard-bound set of conference proceedings (two volumes with accompanying CD); a one-year subscription to the Journal for NDE; the Sunday welcome reception; NDE lunchtime table topic discussions; the Tuesday conference dinner; and daily beverage breaks. Conferees who qualify for student status (current university enrollment in a program with NDE emphasis) are offered a reduced registration fee that does not include the conference proceedings or the Journal for NDE.

Student Group Registration: A special fee of $250 is offered for student groups of three (3) or more who preregister and prepay concurrently with their academic advisor no later than June 27. Name substitutions prior to arrival at the conference site will be allowed; however, a group registration of fewer than three students will not qualify for any group fee reductions.

QNDE Programs, the conference sponsoring organization, was established to provide leadership in promoting and managing the annual conference. QNDE Programs has always been diligent in matching registration fees to the researched and budgeted conference costs with no financial benefit to QNDE Programs. The abstract book, conference proceedings and JNDE subscription account for more than a quarter of the registration fee.

Cancellation Policies: Written cancellation is required by 5:00 p.m. CDT on Thursday, JULY 3, to receive a full refund. After JULY 3 and with extenuating circumstances, a refund less a $75.00 processing fee may be granted. "No show" registrations at the conference site will not qualify for a refund.
