Eisenmann has been with CNDE
since December, 2001. His areas of involvement include
participation in various engineering studies in the field of NDE.
Participation involves sample fabrication and materials
characterization, NDE measurements, data acquisition and analysis.
Analyze data through various methodologies to include optical and
electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction, laser profilometry and
standard metallurgy techniques. Analysis of acquired data
incorporating software specifically designed for this type of
analysis (FEMLAB, MATLAB, INCA, ImagePro, etc.).
Assess NDE related training needs
for design and development of innovative training programs for the
FAA and aviation industry; Analyze educational delivery methods
(computer based, Internet, video conferencing, video, classroom,
etc.) and decide on appropriate method for particular subject;
Perform subject matter research and script writing for development
of video, print materials, and computer based materials. Generate
instructional materials with strong emphasis on the scientific
principles of NDE. Coordinate and directly participate in
activities necessary to establish and maintain media and
communications technologies essential for training/presentation
delivery; Establish and maintain the facilities for producing
multimedia computer applications, video editing and CD development
for training purposes for use by CNDE staff members; Coordinate
functions necessary for producing CNDE videos.
